Adam Bernardini President
After working summers at Ampere while in school, Adam completed his BSc before joining the business full time in 2002 as a Project Co-ordinator for the electrical installation work at Transamerica Tower at 5000 Yonge Street, a 20-storey office complex.
After achieving his MBA from the Rotman School of Business, Adam committed to progressing forward through exposure to many facets of the company including Purchasing, Estimating, Special Projects, and finally as Construction Manager where he oversaw projects ranging in value from $1 million to $30 million.
Adam says the new management team structure will add value to Ampere’s extensive capabilities. “It allows us to build bridges between all of our departments to facilitate a smoother flow of information, and a more collaborative approach to meeting our clients’ needs. This will enable us, as a company, to bring more ideas to the table and developing solutions that incorporate the best of our talent.”
