Mario joined Ampere in 1981 and partnered with founder E. (Bob) Kornhauser in 1983, launching a phase expansion. He and Bob worked together into the mid-1990s, expanding and building a reputation of service excellence.

When E. (Bob) Kornhauser stepped aside Mario elevated two loyal employees as partners – Rick Stokes, who joined Ampere in the early ‘80s, and Kelly Burke, who came a few years later”. They helped Mario build Ampere into a respected mid-size electrical contracting company dealing with Fortune 500 companies and multi-million dollar projects.
