Renata has been with the company for almost 23 years since starting as Mario Bernardini’s Executive assistant in 1998. She has played an integral part in the company’s growth and direction.

During her time at Ampere, she has always strived to continuously grow in her role and along the way has held progressively senior positions as Executive assistant, Project Administrator/Coordinator and Office Manager. Her office management duties expanded into Human Resources three years ago. "Having worked in in so many departments of the company has led me to understand our business intricately and become a valued member of the management team."
